Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the last item of the order.

Exercise of Withdrawal

Consequences of Withdrawal
Paul Durstberger will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs, within 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice. The customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g., individualized print-on-demand products).

Return of Goods
Goods must be returned promptly and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated.
