All products are produced individually after the order is placed (print-on-demand).
Production time: on average 1–3 business days, for embroidery products 2–5 business days.
Delivery times vary by destination country:
- Austria: €4.50, free shipping from €89.00, delivery time: 2–5 business days
- Germany: €3.95, free shipping from €89.00, delivery time: 1–2 business days
- Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: €4.00, free shipping from €89.00, delivery time: 2–5 business days
- Other EU countries: €4.00, free shipping from €89.00, delivery time: 2–5 business days
- Worldwide (non-EU): €4.50, free shipping from €89.00, delivery time depends on the country; customs delays may occur
Notes
- For larger orders or during production bottlenecks, delivery times may be slightly longer.
- Minor deviations in color, size, or material for print-on-demand products are production-related and do not constitute a defect.
- Partial deliveries may occur if an item is temporarily unavailable; missing items will be shipped as soon as possible.
Payment Methods
- Credit Card: charged automatically after checkout
- PayPal: payment directly via PayPal
- Sofort / Klarna: immediate payment via online banking
- Google Pay, Shop Pay, EPS transfer: direct payment at checkout
